Delivery of insert was scheduled for today on 9/30/17. Was told yesterday that the installer would be here between 9 am and 10 am. At 10:45 am WE called Fireside. They told us they FORGOT to call us because it was raining out (!) and poor attendance issues. The installer is not coming today. They are now scheduled for next week. I am hoping for a sunny day.
We experienced nothing but professionalism from the staff of Fireside Supply. Pulling the permit for installation went very smoothly having received from Fireside all the needed paperwork ahead of time; as well, our building department officials were very familiar with Fireside Supply and previous work they had done in our community. From our first initial contact with Joe last winter when we were merely shopping around we experienced no pressure to purchase on the spot. When we committed to purchasing a wood insert our sale representative Chris and install team Clint and Dom where professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable. A great experience all around.
