This shop should do the right thing and credit the gentleman for his purchase.
This place and owner are the worst. We paid $85 for something that looked like it could have been at Publix. Called 1800flowers to complain. We were assured that it would be taken care of the next day. The next day our sister called us on her birthday to day some lady was at her workplace screaming at her to give her the vase back. When our brother got on the phone she was screaming at him that if we wanted new flowers she needed the vase back. Who treats not just customers, but fellow human beings this way?!?! If you're a local stay away from this place. If you are ordering through a 1800 place ask them not to use Victorian Rose Florist.
Great customer service and an easy delivery. The flowers are lush and vibrant. I gave the shoppe free reign to make something beautiful and they didn't disappoint. Everything was easy and the value seems great.
While the flowers delivered were beautiful, they came on Tuesday. For Mother's Day. Sunday. Happened to mention it to a friend and the same thing happened to her. Flowers delivered on Monday. For Mother's Day. Sunday. She spoke to the owner and the owner said she had been busy and ran out of vases. Really?? Find another place to order flowers.
Recently received a surprise delivery of flowers and gourmet basket of goodies last Friday (03/31/17). It made my day/week and much appreciative of the gifts and thoughts of the gentleman's efforts considering this was arranged out of state.
Unfortunately, this time anyway that wasn't the case.
Great service, able to get an out of stock flower for an arrangement. Arrangement itself was beautiful, extremely well done and affordable. Delivery was on time.
When someone takes the time out their schedule to think of others regardless of the reason and approaches a professional florist shop, they expect quality & freshness in their flowers/plants over say the local grocer/department store floral department.
However, feel the need to express my disappoint in the quality of the floral arrangement from this shop directly as the flowers were obviously old. The stems were not freshly trimmed & the blossoms were open and already loosing their petals upon delivery.
