Relatively thorough with check ups but awful when it comes to prescription refills. I have had to call 4+ times and even get my mother to call in to have them send over my script, not down the road, across the street. They will tell you "well call back when we send it" and then just not do either... People need there medicine!
Just met my new pcp. She was very nice, asked all the right questions, listened to my answers, and took care of my needs. I think I will stay.
Worst place ever!! If you want good care don't go there. Dr Freedman is very rude unprofessional and a very Nasty woman. So please don't recommend this place at all not even to my worst enemy
