Basically I was left to suffer because I waited for the pain to go away and it didn't. After another family member was charged for work they did not want I switch dentist. The new dentist takes on look at the crown and tells instantly the crown was not fitted or put in properly. So I am forced to pay for a new crown at a new dentist because Hebron Center Dentistry couldn't take the time to actually look at there shotty work. The test they did on the tooth had nothing to do with what was wrong with it, the technician clearly didn't want to be bothered to look into it more and correct there mistake. (I already had to have them redo a filling that they did not fill properly luckily I did not have to pay for that one). Basically only go to this dentist if you want shotty work and want to over pay for all procedures even if you do not need them done in the first place. They can not be trusted with my oral health.
Being a mother of three young children, finding a child-friendly dentist's office was very important to me. Dr. Nicholes and the entire staff at Hebron Center Dentistry always go above and beyond to make my children feel comfortable while they are there. I highly recommend this dental office.
Ive been going here a long time. I've always been a 5 star fan. Ive recommended this place often. I feel confident in the dentists and with Karen, my hygienist. She is very smart, down to earth and is an asset there! She is excellent at what she does. Recently though, I'm disappointed in the office help since Laura passed. Collete has always been polite and helpful and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out. But now, there seems to be too many in the office filling in. It feels fragmented. Maybe this is a transitional time? Im trying to be professional and patient. My husband and I have left messages only to get no response in a timely manner. Its just not the same as what we are used to here. I also am wondering about the fee regarding oral exam after the dental cleaning. I feel this is part of the cleaning and should not be an additional cost. Addendum: Dr Nicholes promptly called to speak to us and treated us in a caring, professional manner. We received our bill recently and we were very pleased at how well they took care of the situation. My husband said "we should tell them". Thank you for all your help! And.... I noticed a new younger girl in the office recently and she is very pleasant!
During a check up the dentist made recommendations to replace 2 crowns and a root canal. I agreed to the root canal and the crown for that tooth. I informed them that the second crown would have to wait because insurance would not cover the crown. I had root canal and the crown for that tooth. When I got my bill I was billed for 2 crowns and a root canal. I contacted the office saying this bill has to be a mistake since I okayed a root canal and the crown for that tooth but did not okay the second crown because insurance would not cover because I will be over maximum for year. This meant the second crown would be 100% out pocket. Since the crowns where next to each other I was numb and couldn't feel anything I had no idea that the second crown was being done. My cost out of pocket $1500 for work did not okay.
I highly recommend Hebron Center Dentistry. Our family has been with this practice for about five years. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Dr. Nicholes is an outstanding dentist and makes a nervous patient (like me) feel comfortable while at the dentist's office.
I had a crown replaced a little over a year ago, the crown was old and needed to be replaced with an adult crown. They replaced it but 6-8 months later I started having pain in the new crown area that was off and on. When I went to the dentist for my next cleaning I brought up the issue. The technician had me do a bite test barley looked at my tooth and said well it looks fine don't know why you are having discomfort. She also went on to say well you should have told us sooner nothing we can do about it now.
I switched from a dentist I had been seeing for many, many years after some disappointing experiences. I am so glad I did! Hebron Center Dentistry has a warm, caring staff that are very accomodating. I've needed several crowns and root canals. Dr. Nichols performed these procedures and was extremely attentive to my comfort level and explained what she was going to prior to each step. I highly recommend this dental group.
